- Suggesting a tool? Describe the job you're trying to do rather than the tool itself. We often find a simple way to cover it.
- Spotted a mistake in a guide? Send us the page address and the line, and we'll check and fix it.
We can't offer personal support for individual documents or promise a reply to every message, but we do read them all. Please don't send private or confidential text. Our tools don't need it, and email isn't a secure place for it.
